Nothing that I didn't like.

We spent our Easter weekend at a hotel in Sunny Beach. The pool area was spacious and comfortable where we spent most of our time. the staff were helpful and kind throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with plenty of local amenities nearby.

There were a few things that we did not enjoy during our stay. the Wi-Fi connection was very slow and unreliable, which made it difficult for us to stay connected with our family and friends.

the location was fantastic, with shops, restaurants, and the bus stop right next to the hotel, making it super convenient to explore the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony providing a lovely view. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day.

Everything was absolutely perfect, no improvements needed!

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The location was very convenient as it was next to the high street, close to shops and restaurants, and just a few steps away from the bus stop. The hotel facilities were great, especially the clean and well-maintained swimming pool. The staff was friendly, hospitable, and always available to assist us.

This hotel's location is superb, with easy access to numerous shops, restaurants, and the high street. the bus stop is just a stone's throw away, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I appreciated the spacious, exceedingly clean room and the well-appointed bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were courteous and helpful. the pool was a highlight and perfect for a refreshing swim after a day of sightseeing.

The elevator was often overcrowded, making it difficult to access my designated floor during busy hours.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The value for money is exceptional, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location is very convenient, as it is next to the high street and close to the center. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with all necessary facilities and have a balcony to enjoy the views.

Gigantic terrace, fully stocked with everything needed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Comfortable and reasonably quiet. Luxurious interior, amazing pool, fresh and delicious food. Close to public transport and taxis, bus station within walking distance. Non-stop supermarket nearby. Great host, responsive and accommodating. All facilities in good working condition. Easy access to transport links. Parking space provided. Continuous security. Whirlpool looks great. Good communication in English. Invitation to view apartment beforehand. 10-minute walk to beach. Nice room with view of swimming pool. Close to local amenities.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in a great location , close to restaurants and the city center. Loved the beautiful pool area and especially enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. the rooms were well, equipped and clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. the hotel also offered free parking, which was a plus!

The slow and unreliable Wi, Fi. the bar only accepted cash which was a bit inconvenient. Nonetheless, it was an enjoyable stay.
